The Units

  • What size are the storage units?

    Our units are brand new 20ft shipping containers — 20 feet long, 8 feet wide and 8.5 feet high, giving you approximately 160 square feet of floor space. That’s roughly the same as a single garage or a large room.

  • Are the containers weatherproof?

    Yes. All containers are brand new and built to ISO maritime standards, meaning they are fully wind and waterproof. Your belongings will stay dry and protected regardless of the weather.

  • What can I store?

    You can store almost anything — household furniture, appliances, clothing, business stock, tools, documents, sporting equipment, and more. We do not permit hazardous materials, flammable substances, perishable food, or illegal items. Contact us if you are unsure about a specific item.

  • Can I store a vehicle or large equipment?

    Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements. Our team will advise on the best option for oversized items or vehicles.

Access

  • Can I access my unit 24/7?

    Yes — the facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There are no restricted hours and no appointments needed. Just enter your personal keypad code at the gate and drive straight to your container.

  • How do I access the site?

    When you set up your storage unit, you’ll be given a personal keypad code for the site gate. Enter the code, drive in, and go directly to your container. Only you and our team have access to your unit.

  • Can I drive up to my container?

    Yes — every unit has full drive-up access. You can pull your vehicle right alongside the container to load and unload. The site has wide access lanes suitable for vans, 7.5t lorries, and vehicles with trailers.

Security

  • How secure is the site?

    Security is a top priority. The facility has 24/7 CCTV coverage across the entire site, keypad-controlled entry with personal access codes, high-security CISA padlocks on every container, and extensive lighting for safe night-time access. Only authorised customers and our team can enter the site.

  • What padlocks do you use?

    Every container is fitted with a CISA padlock — one of the most trusted names in commercial security. These are high-security, disc-pattern locks that are highly resistant to tampering and cutting.

  • Is there CCTV?

    Yes. The site is covered by CCTV cameras that operate continuously, 24 hours a day. Footage is recorded and retained for security purposes.

Contracts & Pricing

  • Is there a minimum rental period?

    No. There is no tie-in period or minimum contract length. You can rent for as long or as short a time as you need and leave whenever suits you. We simply ask for reasonable notice when you are ready to vacate.

  • How much does it cost?

    Pricing depends on availability and your specific requirements. Contact us directly by phone or via the enquiry form and we’ll provide a clear, transparent quote with no hidden fees.

  • Are there any hidden charges?

    No. We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing. What we quote is what you pay — there are no admin fees, no setup charges, and no surprise extras.
